Billing questions

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Manage billing and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Existing transfers stay available until they expire.

What happens when I switch plans?

The change applies right away and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Yearly plans cost less per month than paying monthly; the exact saving is shown on each plan.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards and, depending on your country, other local payment methods.
